Using V.E.Y.R

V.E.Y.R is software you run on your own instance. By using it you agree to these terms. You are responsible for how you use it, for the accounts you connect, and for complying with the terms of any platform you connect (for example, the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's policies).

Your accounts and content

• You keep ownership of your content and the accounts you connect.
• You will use V.E.Y.R only for accounts you are authorized to manage, and only for lawful messaging and publishing that follows the connected platform's rules (including anti-spam rules).
• You are responsible for the messages and automations you send.

Licensing

Features are enabled by the license you hold. A license grants use of V.E.Y.R for its term and does not transfer ownership of the software.

Availability and warranty

V.E.Y.R is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
